Coriandrum sativum – lemon coriander
DESCRIPTION: A twist on the popular herb with this gently lemon-flavoured version. Add a tang to Asian dishes and Mediterranean salads.
PLANTING: Sow direct outside in Spring-Summer, or in containers indoors all year round. Cover seed to 5mm. Sow a little every fortnight for continual fresh leaves.
CARE: Water your seedlings while they are young to help them establish. Needs sunlight and good drainage to grow best.
