We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a return or exchange, and we’re committed to making this process as smooth as possible while ensuring our plants continue to thrive in their new homes.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging and any tags still attached.
- Plants that have been removed from their original containers
- Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation that wasn’t present at shipment
- Bulbs that have been planted or opened from original packaging
- Compost, potting mixes, fertilisers, and soil improvers for hygiene reasons
- Plants that have perished due to improper care or unsuitable growing conditions
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, including all protective materials.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our nursery address (provided in your return authorization email) using a tracked shipping method.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timing and Methods
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges (same product or different product), we’ll ship the new item once we receive and process your return. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items or incorrect products. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund without requiring you to return the items.
