To ensure a seamless experience from our nursery to your home, we’ve outlined our shipping and returns policies below.

Shipping Information

We work diligently to get your green friends to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Tasmanian nursery.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few remote regions. You will be notified at checkout if your location is ineligible.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by the quality of our plants. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our returns policy is designed to be fair to you while ensuring our plants remain healthy and viable.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order’s delivery date.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Any plant that has been removed from its original container.
  • Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation that were not present at the time of shipment.
  • Bulbs that have been planted or opened from their original packaging.
  • Compost, potting mixes, fertilisers, and soil improvers (for hygiene reasons).
  • Plants that have perished due to improper care or unsuitable growing conditions.

This policy is in place to protect the health of other plants in our nursery and our customers’ gardens.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and a detailed reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team, comprised of fellow gardening enthusiasts, will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original, protective packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our nursery address at Foliage Flair Shop, 90 Springhill Bottom Road, LOWER BARRINGTON, AU 7306 using a tracked shipping method.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timing & Methods

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Exchanges

For exchanges (for the same item or a different one), we will ship the new product as soon as we have received and processed your return. If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged, or if you received the incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect products. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship the items back to us.
